Your personal Health Coach will help your reach your goals using their expertise in holistic and integrative nutrition, active life style and wellness and will custom design a program suited to your specific needs.

 

You will recieve guidance and support in setting your personal health goals and together you will design a plan that will consist of actionable and sustainable changes to set you on the road to success.

 

By treating you holistically, coaching how to nourish your body with whole foods, reduce the toxic load and eliminate addictive substances,manage stress, improve sleep and address all areas of your life that contribute to your sense of fulfillment – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and chronic health conditions.

 

We find a solution that fits into your daily routine and compliments your personality and outlook on life.

Working with The Health Coach academy will help you make a seamless transition from a stress filled, low energy life to a naturally inner calm, energized you enjoying a nutrient dense diet, an active lifestyle and overall improvement in health.

In this program you will learn about:

  • How to connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be

  • Deciphering your body's unique needs

  • Bio-individuality and how to listen to what your body is trying to tell you

  • How to create a personal blueprint for your health and wellbeing

  • Sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that will transform you life

  • Healthy shopping habit and reading food labels

  • Food vs Food like products and Feeding vs Nourishing

  • How to eat right for your body type

  • How to get the body and energy you've always dreamed of

  • Setting sustainable goals and achieving them every time without relying on willpower

  • Lifetime intentions and following through

The Health Coach academy Health Coach will not design a diet for you, but will mentor you to be able to make educated nutritional choices and assist you to create a dietary and lifestyle plan suited to your taste and needs.

 

 This program includes:

Two 50 minute individual sessions per month

(12 sessions in total)

Email support between sessions

Healthy recipe cards

Additional reading material targeted at improving dietary and lifestyle needs
